Start out by visiting Grandpa Joe and he will tell you there is a speech at the Factory. Head to the Factory and listen to Charlie until violet comes out and says that Slugworth wants to see him. He runs and Violet gives chase and you follow them. To kill her you have to have the Metal Knife equipped. After you beat her you get the Everlasting Gobstopper. Return to the Factory and Charlie gives you a reward for protecting him.

After you get your prize go to the Board of Directors and the 4th door, talk to the lady and your done.
